Konitsa town was built on amphitheater on the mountainside Trapezitsa, with a charismatic geophysical feature. The Drosopigi (Kantsa old name) is one of the best preserved villages in the municipality. And this was one of the Mastorochoria, and the surrounding villages, craftsmen who traveled throughout Greece, America and Africa. Today visitors can admire Drosopigi near one of the few bridges that survived the municipality and the only upper Sarantaporos, the stone bridge ditoxo Zermas or Kantsiotiko.

In Kavasila (15 km from Konitsa) there are hot mineral springs, while the Amaranto (32 kilometers and an altitude of 1260) you can steam your firs.
